Last updated: March 12, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Vicari maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. We are committed to providing a safe platform and to complying with all applicable laws relating to the protection of minors, including but not limited to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the PROTECT Act, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it applies to minors, and relevant provisions of the UK Online Safety Act.
2. Age Restriction
Vicari is available only to users aged 16 and older. We enforce this requirement through age verification at account registration. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.
If we become aware that a user is under the minimum age, we will:
- Immediately suspend and terminate the account
- Delete all associated personal data without undue delay
- Report the matter to relevant authorities if any CSAE concern is identified
Parents or guardians who believe their child has created an account on Vicari may contact us at safety@vicari.app to request immediate removal.

4. Content Moderation and Detection
Vicari employs a multi-layered approach to content moderation:

- Reports involving potential CSAE content are treated as highest priority and are reviewed promptly
Ongoing Improvement:
- We regularly update our detection methods and moderation policies to address evolving threats
